Cooking becomes multilevel, combined and cycle-based, facilitated by core temperature control instruments, fast and flexible thanks to the range of possibilities offered by touch technology. Time and space management becomes more streamlined and cleaning is automatic with the Eco program.

  • Prime ovens are available in T electro touch version and S version with electronically-operated manual controls.
  • Cooking can be multilevel and with core temperature control, with 2 multipoint probes or a needle probe as optional extras.
  • Manual cooking features 3 possible modes: Convection from 30°C to 300°C, Steam from 30°C to 130°C, Combined from 30°C to 300°C.
  • Perfect cooking chamber thanks to the Clima function that controls the humidity and the Fast-Dry function that ensures fast dehumidification.
  • Possibility of automatic washing with the new eco program.

    COOKING MODE: AC (Automatic Cooking) system for International recipes complete with pictures illustrating the finished meal. Manual cooking with three cooking modes: Convection from 30°C to 300°C, Steam from 30°C to 130°C, Combination Convection + Steam from 30°C to 300°C. Programmable modes - Possibility to programme and save cooking methods in an automatic sequence (up to 15 cycles) giving each programme its own name, picture and information on the recipe. CLIMA® automatic system for measuring and controlling the humidity in the cooking chamber. FAST-DRY® system for quick dehumidification of the cooking chamber. OPERATION: Automatic (AC) “one touch” cooking. Organisation of recipes in folders with preview, giving each folder its own name. Intelligent recognition of recipes in multilevel folders. 7” colour screen (LCD - TFT) that is high definition and capacitive with “Touch Screen” functions.
